slippery floor excessive noise
the shower had no proper enclosure. water splashed everywhere. also, the noise from nearby clubs was excessive. it continued until the early hours of the morning, disrupting my sleep. i expect better soundproofing in a hotel.

excellent stay in the heart of town
perfect location helpful advice free upgrade baggage storage
The location is perfect. it is near the central bus station and the sea bus. the staff offered helpful advice regarding transportation and dining. i was also given a free upgrade upon arrival (very appreciated). i also appreciated the baggage storage after checkout. I could use the showers and bathrooms.
the shower design wasn't ideal for longer stays because there wasn't a separation, possibly creating a hazard.

while the hotel doesn't offer breakfast, there is a café in the building's rear. bakeries and kiosks are also nearby, which offers convenient options. the restaurant tips from the staff were useful for finding good meals.

my room was recently renovated and bright. the room was spacious and clean. the air conditioning in the room worked very well, essential when it was hot outside. i enjoyed it.

unbeatable location convenient ports friendly staff
the location was unbeatable (i walked everywhere!). the room had usb ports, which i found convenient. the staff was genuinely helpful and friendly throughout my stay.
dragging luggage on the cobbled streets was a slight challenge upon arrival.
